City Code Updates

The current edition of the Owatonna City Code is the 2015 Code of City Ordinances.  The Code, available online via American Legal Publication includes the S-5 Supplement.  The last ordinance included in S-5 Supplement is Ordinance 1612 adopted  December 15, 2020.      

Ordinances approved and not included in S-5 Supplement online: 

  1. 1613 - Animal Impound Fees
  2. 1614 - Amend Sewer Rates, Charges and Fees

April 20, 2021 - Second/Final Reading of Proposed Ordinance 21-3, Adopt S-5 to the City's Code of Ordinances.
